Move from worry to connection and confidence
You’re stuck in a never ending loop of “what ifs?”
You feel run down, overwhelmed, exhausted, and irritable.
Your mind jumps around and is never calm. You worry about what will go wrong, and expend your energy trying to anticipate and prepare for what comes next. You never feel fully prepared, instead it feels like you’re missing out on the here and now.
Maybe you neglect basic needs like taking that bathroom break or eating lunch because there’s one more thing that has to get done. Decisions are hard because you’re overwhelmed, uncertain and overthinking the consequences.
You’re ready to slow down, but life doesn’t.
How it works
Slow down and say goodbye to fear and urgency.
Anxiety therapy will help you to be more in touch with your needs and recognize the source of the distress. Together we will improve your confidence, self-esteem and awareness of your needs so that you can feel grounded and present. We’ll explore the root of your anxiety and the patterns that you can’t break free from. You’ll learn healthier ways to communicate, how to set and hold boundaries and tools to reinforce your new found calm.
Our brain has a hard time differentiating between real and perceived danger. When we feel anxious, our sense of safety is threatened and we go into fight or flight to protect ourselves. My therapeutic approach focuses on connecting you with your innate abilities while creating a deeper understanding of your unique anxiety patterns, and building personalized tools for managing them effectively. I integrate multiple therapeutic techniques including:
Brainspotting to process anxiety and trauma at a neurobiological level, work through emotional material that's difficult to verbalize and release stored emotional patterns.
Accelerated Resourcing to provide more guidance and strengthen internal resources.
Somatic therapies to develop greater awareness of physical symptoms, release stored tension in your body and regulate your nervous system more effectively.
Parts work to recognize and understand how different aspects of your personality hinder or serve you.
Safe and Sound Protocol to reduce nervous system reactivity and create a foundation for other therapeutic work.
My goal is to help you navigate your internal landscape more effectively based on who you are, not to fundamentally change you or force you into strategies that don't align with your natural tendencies.

How We’ll Work Together
We’ll start with a complimentary 30-minute video consultation. Taking the first step can be scary and I want you to feel like you’re with the right person to guide you on this journey. If we decide to work together, we’ll have an in-depth intake session. This will give me an opportunity to learn more about you and your goals, answer any questions you have, and co-create a plan to track your progress throughout our work together.
You choose the format that works best for you:
-
If you prefer to make progress steadily over time, we can meet on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for 50-minute sessions.
-
For accelerated results, concentrated therapy in the form of intensives may be a good fit for you. Like a large dose of therapy at once, you can experience rapid relief and healing with a relatively small time investment. 1- and 2-day options available. Click here to learn more.

Frequently asked questions
-
We can have anxiety about a wide range of topics. I can help with concerns ranging from life transitions, decisions, phobias, performance, social and general anxiety.
-
Sessions typically include checking in on current concerns, reviewing progress, exploring thoughts and physical sensations related to anxiety, practicing specific techniques, and setting intentions for the coming week. Our therapy sessions are collaborative, with both of us actively participating in the process.
-
Everyone worries and it is normal to do so. However, it can be problematic if your worries interfere with daily activities, relationships, or work; if you avoid important situations due to anxiety; if you experience intense physical symptoms; or if you find yourself using unhealthy coping mechanisms. A professional assessment can help determine the most appropriate approach.
-
Online therapy provides the same core benefits as in-person therapy, with added convenience and accessibility. The main differences include conducting sessions from your chosen environment and communicating via video rather than in the same physical space. Research shows online therapy to be equally effective for treating anxiety disorders.

Not necessarily. While exploring past experiences can sometimes be helpful, many effective approaches for anxiety focus primarily on present patterns and future-oriented skills. I always respect your boundaries and pace, never forcing exploration of sensitive topics before you're ready.
