What is Brainspotting and how does it work?

Brainspotting is a focused treatment method that identifies, processes, and releases neurophysiological sources of emotional pain and trauma. Based on the principle that where you look affects how you feel, Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to access stored trauma and begin healing at the root level without requiring detailed retelling of painful experiences.
