Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a therapeutic listening program developed from research on the autonomic nervous system and emotional regulation. Through specially filtered music, SSP helps retune the nervous system to feel safer and more capable of managing life's challenges.

Accelerated Resourcing focuses on building and strengthening your internal resources. This approach recognizes that sustainable healing requires a foundation of safety and capacity. We work together to identify experiences and sensations that help you feel grounded and resilient.

Somatic Experiencing addresses the physiology of stress and trauma. This approach recognizes that traumatic experiences can become stuck in the body, leading to persistent symptoms. If we decide to move forward, you will complete simple onboarding paperwork. Our first session focuses on getting to know each other, identifying goals, and laying out a general plan. I share psychoeducation about concepts that will form the foundation of our work.

Once care is established, you have flexibility in scheduling sessions. I respond to emails within one business day. Each session includes time to discuss targets, process material using appropriate modalities, and debrief before ending.
