Utah
You're not broken. You're ready to reconnect with what's already within you.
Utah residents seeking meaningful therapeutic support now have access to specialized online therapy designed to help you reconnect with your innate healing abilities. Whether you live in Salt Lake City, Provo, St. George, or any community across the state, I provide secure virtual sessions that bring professional care directly to you.
Online therapy for Utah clients removes common barriers like commuting, parking, and rearranging your schedule around appointments. My approach focuses on helping you recognize how limitations show up in your life and building on what is already working for you, rather than trying to fix or change who you fundamentally are.
Why Utah Residents Choose Online Therapy
Living in Utah comes with unique pressures related to achievement, family expectations, and community involvement. The emphasis on productivity and self-reliance can sometimes make it difficult to acknowledge when you need support. Many clients come to me having pushed through difficulties for years, only to find their coping strategies are no longer sustainable.
If you are experiencing anxiety that keeps you on high alert, depression that feels like a heavy weight, or trauma responses that disrupt your daily life, these are not signs of weakness. They are signals from your nervous system that something needs attention. My approach treats these signals as valuable information rather than problems to eliminate.
I help you learn to read the landscape of your inner experience and navigate based on who you actually are, not who you think you should be.
Therapeutic Approaches I Offer
Brainspotting uses specific eye positions to access and process unresolved experiences stored in the brain and body. This approach helps your brain's natural capacity for healing work more efficiently, often reaching material that talk therapy cannot access.
Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is an evidence-based listening therapy that regulates the nervous system through specially filtered music. For clients struggling with anxiety, sensory sensitivities, or difficulty feeling calm, SSP creates a foundation for deeper therapeutic work.
Accelerated Resourcing strengthens your internal resources and capacity for resilience before processing difficult material. This approach ensures you have the internal support needed for sustainable change.
Somatic Experiencing is a body-oriented approach that works with your nervous system's natural ability to discharge trapped survival energy. Rather than focusing on the story of what happened, this method attends to physical sensations and helps your system return to a more regulated state.
Conditions I Support
I work with adults throughout Utah experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, nervous system dysregulation, and neurological conditions including strokes and traumatic brain injuries.
My approach to these concerns does not require extensive discussion of painful events. Instead, I help you work with the physical and emotional patterns that keep you stuck. Through the modalities I offer, we can help your nervous system find more balance and flexibility.
For those recovering from neurological conditions, specialized therapeutic support can make a significant difference in recovery and quality of life. My work focuses on helping clients develop new neural pathways and adapt to changes with greater ease and self-compassion.
What to Expect When Working With Me
Free Consultation: Every therapeutic relationship begins with a free 30-minute consultation. This conversation helps us both determine if we are a good fit for working together.
Getting Started: If we decide to move forward, the onboarding process involves completing a few documents and an intake form online. Our first session focuses on getting to know each other, identifying initial goals, and creating a general roadmap for our work together.
Ongoing Care: You have flexibility in scheduling appointments through my online system or during sessions. Sessions involve checking in, following up on previous work, processing, and time to integrate and transition back to your day. I respond to emails within one business day. Please note that I do not provide crisis services.

Taking the First Step
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you have been managing on your own for a long time. I want you to know that seeking support is a recognition that you deserve to feel better and that there may be paths to healing you have not yet explored.
The approaches I offer are different from traditional talk therapy precisely because many clients have already done that work and are ready for something new. If anything here resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
Please contact me for pricing and scheduling information. I look forward to connecting with you.
